PROCESSING + SHIPPING

You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped along with a United States Postal Service tracking number. You will be able to track your item on usps.com. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days once shipped. Please contact us if you need it sooner and we can arrange this. Please allow 2-6 business days to ship your order. During our big sales, orders may take up to 10 business days to ship, please be aware before ordering and email us with any concerns.  

Please ensure your address is submitted correctly.  Once an order is processed we cannot modify addresses, reroute packages, or refund orders due to incorrect addresses. 

RETURN & EXCHANGES

At this time we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to love what you purchase so you can feel your baddest and boldest.  Contact us if you have questions or concerns! 

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS

Every product we send out is initially checked for quality control, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing defect please contact us.  Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
